ok....I'm on tears.....im speechless...they'll release the material from 2003...
we may hear Astral Projection etc etc....oH GOD!!!!!! this is....more than a dream...i can't explain how i feel.....i dont have a clue if this will be a cd or...
i didnt get it wet...im to shocked to get it anyway...but it is so cool....

While I am excited, I have WAY to many questions. . .

 Like, in what form will these songs be released? Will it be a physical "Lost songs" cd release? Will they be released individually on movie soundtracks? Will they only be released on music purchasing sites like I tunes? Or will the songs be streamed from the official site for free? Is anyone from the band aware of this? And will they be taking part in the mixing of these tracks? Whose idea was this, was it the band or was it Universal?

 My head hurts now . . .  somehow I don't think I'll be getting any answers anytime soon.

I hope it'll be an album!. If I only imagine that this could be a point, a first step to a possible reunion, I get excited and endorphine-flooded!!! Finally we will have a new, a really new cd since 2001! It would be great if this project was intended by the Cranberries and not only by the label.

But next year... It's so long. Let's hope it is going to be released and it is going to be great and fascinatingly phenomenal!

but still what matters is that we'll get to hear them....it was always something missing in my life knowing that these songs are buried somewhere and i thought they'll be lost...i dont care whose decision was...i wanna thanks my band for this..it is the greatest gift for us.

i prefer (well i pray for it) that it will be a psysical release...a cd of "unreleased" stuff under the name of the cranberries...i guess we all prefer it this way...
but we'll wait and see!!!!

Yes, this is the best news I've heard so far!!! And I can't wait to hear those songs! I'm so curious about studio versions of "Astral Projection" and "In It Together"! You know, "Astral Projection" is kinda one of my most favorite songs, so I'd die to hear it!!!

Also I ca't wait to hear "Someday," "The Fall," "Raining In My Heart" and other songs! ;)

I think it's gonna be the best present from The Cranberries for ous. ;)

Cannot wait to hear the new(err unreleased) tracks. Will surely purchase the cd/cds as soon as they are released.

3 weeks later and still no further news on this. I'm trying not to get frustrated, but I can't be the only one who thinks we are being led on.

Gwen, if you are reading this, any sort of further information would help, even a time frame of when we will be getting further information would be better than nothing.

The Cranberries' records have made a huge impact on me. They heal.

I just posted this on the homepage news as well as in the Current State of the Cranberries post. And now for all of you to chat about - more news about those long-awaited tracks from CranQuarters!

The band are hoping to start mixing in March while Dolores is laying down vocals on three of the new tracks this week in her home studio. Bass and drums are being recorded in Fergal's home studio next week. Exciting news indeed - stay tuned.
