That's what Dolores is saying. People delude themselves into blaming everything they ever did wrong on someone else instead of themselves. She's saying that's how people think, and it is. I know cos I have a drug-addicted brother. When people get on drugs they usually do it cos they think the "world is out to get them, man" sometimes it's because of pain, like my brother, but even then they still find ways to blame things on everyone else, instead of taking the blame for themselves, hence:
"Look you made me do this to myself".
It's actually a really good point. People need to grow up and stop blaming everyone else for everything. If you do something wrong it's your own damn fault, get over it. Maybe when you were a kid people picked on you but you can't go and kill someone for it. Two wrongs don't make a right. Everyone has things happen that maybe they wish didn't and maybe they want to take back but you can't take that out on everyone else. Everyone has "demons" you have to move on though. Hence: I love Ecstasy.
