    Waw, where to start ?!

I’m just back from the very first London show of Arkitekt and I was blown away!! I really mean it! It took place at the Enterprise near Camden (North London), very small venue with a lovely & talented lady as their support act, Rebecca Rothwell (http://www.myspace.com/rebeccarothwell). Then Noel & Richard came on stage with Mike Hogan and a drummer (don’t know his name soooooorry). They started the gig with Black Hair, probably my favourite song of the EP, then played some Mono band songs:

Here is the Setlist (hope the songs names are right):

    -Black Hair

    -Home

    -Armies Of Mice

    -Breathe

    -Shakes

    -Indecisive

    -Sleep Song

    -Night’s End

    -Waves

To be honest with you, I thought that some songs would seem weaker than some others but no! The whole set was awesome. Richard’s voice is incredible, captivating, full of emotions and is totally in harmony with Noel’s guitar, so powerful, leading, bewitching… The combination of all of this is mind blowing!I sometimes closed my eyes and I was like taken somewhere else… I lived the music, which hasn’t happen to me since a Sigur Ros concert a couple of years ago! So I really insist guys, if some of you are around London on October 18th or November the 6th come to The Enterprise as they are performing twice again this year, you won’t regret it. Maybe it’s a small venue, a new band but the music is huge & it’s just a few quids

Thank You guys, I had an amazing evening, nice chatting with you afterwards and looking forward to seeing you very soon!

Once again, Thank you for the music….

    Stéphane

Ps:Special Mention to Black Hair, Night's End, Indecisive, Shakes, Sleep Song
