 Im in Quebec-CAnada and i did buy my ticket :)))

She is performing as a jazz artist, even though she isnt'really...

you have to call Ticketpro.ca

i meean to go www.ticketpro.ca

 then, you click on the Festival of Jazz, and go on the calendar and click the 6th of july and ther she appears! and you can buy tickets!

Unfortunately at this time it won't be happening. The closest thing to Ohio right now is either Philly or D.C. depending on where you live, and my mind working. However Dolores said something about a second leg of the tour in the fall, keep your fingers crossed for Ohio and good luck!
